Ten year old Shannon is like most girls her age. She loves crafts, singing, dancing, going to church and being with her friends. However, a few years ago she was diagnosed with leukemia and went through an extensive chemotherapy treatment. After some time spent in remission her cancer relapsed and she underwent a second intense treatment. In May of this year a donor was matched and she received a bone marrow transplant. Shannon continues to recover, but now her family is facing thousands of dollars in medical bills. You can help alleviate some of the financial strain for this wonderful family by doing any of the following...
* Visit our booth at the Syracuse Farmers Market, open every Saturday, July 31st - September 25th, 9am -noon
* Make a donation on this site
* Tell your family and friends
Any size donation will be hugely appreciated by this family.
THANK YOU!
